Can you help?

I'm not sure what to do here but the RSS feed on my blog shows that I haven't updated in 7 months. That means whenever someone subscribes to my blog it shows up on their page that I haven't updated forever. Does anybody know how I can fix this??

I don't know, but I don't get your updates on my "dashboard" and don't know when to visit. Perhaps check your settings...??? I don't really know.
